Being able to photograph friends is a great gift. Bella and Bender are friends for entire life. At their house you are at home and we wake up at 6am to get the most beautiful light in Bonfiglioli square. It's special for them.
Bella and Bender were born on the same day, of the same year, to mothers who share the same name. They studied together at the same school, have the same friends and have been together for 12 years. That was what this shooting was about: 12 years summoned up in a morning. The house, the cats, music, art, tattoo, complicity and love. Photography works, in a way, like a mirror to see oneself, to see how it is worth being together, to go through the difficulties of life, to look at each other and to know that the best choice was to be together.
